Laid Bare

Naked, you made me;
Naked, I return to you.

Strip me of my idolatrous imaginings of who you are.
Expose my worship for the selfish act it has often become.
Undress my ego and the vanity that is hidden within.
Uncover the genuine me you intend for me to be.
