A New Year - A New Day - Poetry

The world threw a party when the calendar page flipped, and a New Year was ushered in.

But what about the random

Tuesday Eve,

also known as Monday night,

found right in the middle

of everything else?

That, too, marks an ending

and a new beginning.

Often the cause for more celebration

than any over hyped holiday

could ever deserve.

It is then everything changed.

And all things became new.
